2.     Room entering time: After 4:00 pm. If you need to arrive early on the check-in day or need to leave
        the luggage at EG before you check in, please inform us in advance.
3.     Check-out time: before 11:00 AM. Late charges apply.
4.     No elevator available. For the booking of lower floors please use manual booking.
5.     No breakfast is provided. A breakfast shop is in one minute's walk. Link
6.     If the prices are to be adjusted for continuous holidays or summer vacation, the price quotes from our
        official website and our booking desk shall prevail.
7.     Reservation: For the protection of your rights and interests, please pay the booking deposit within 3 days
        after booking, and inform us via a phone text message. The booking deposit is 50% of the room rate
        (100% of the room rate on Spring Festival).
8.     After paying the booking deposit, please inform us via a phone text message the last five digits of the
        account number and the amount in order to confirm the booking.
9.   After a booking by phone, if the customer fails to pay the deposit within the specified time period, the
        booking is automatically cancelled without further notice.
10.   When checking in, please show your identification documents and pay the balance (by cash or credit card).
11.   Customers during the Spring Festival, continuous national holidays or spot booking for immediate
        accommodation, please pay 100% of the room rate as the deposit to complete the booking procedure.

Gentle reminder
1.     Charging socket on the desk is connected to an independent power supply and available for charging 24H.
2.     The room is equipped with the Daikin constant-temperature air conditioning system, which may be quickly
        activated for a constant temperature after the room card is inserted. When going out, please be sure to
        pull out the room card.
3.     There is a dishcloth in the wardrobe. Please keep your towels and bath towels clean.
4.     The lighting equipment in the staircase, saloon, laundry and other public spaces are all infrared control switch
        operated. If the light is off, please wave your arm to relight it.

Accommodation Policy

2.     Addition NT$500 will be charged for every additional person above the standard accommodation number.
        Please inform us at your booking in order for us to prepare your mattresses in advance.
3.     To maintain other customers' rights, please do not bring pets; otherwise your accommodation will not be
        accepted and your full deposit will be confiscated.
4.     For customer privacy, no room cleaning service will be provided in the continued accommodation period.
5.     Please remove the room card before leaving your room, and make sure the room door is locked
        (the continued operation of the charging equipment will not be affected).
6.     Please take good care of your personal valuables. We will not be responsible for any loss.
7.     When you check out, please remember to return the room chip card or put the card into the mail box
        on the 1st floor.
8.     There are a lot of glasses and high outdoor balconies in this building.
        For the accommodation of 12 years old children, the parents please be responsible for their safety.
9.     Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in the entire building (smoking is allowed only in the balconies).
10.   Parties, drug abuse and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. In case of a violation, it will be reported
        to the local police, or the customer's personal information will be provided to the police for tracing.
11.   To maintain the quality of accommodation, gambling, noises, cooking and misconducts are prohibited in the hotel.
12.   If you accidentally cause damage to the hotel's facilities or furniture,

Notes on booking cancellation
The booking deposit is 50% of the total room rate of the day, and the remaining balance can be paid on the accommodation day.
※ No deferred accommodation is allowed 3 days before the accommodation day (except due to force majeure factors).
    For deferred accommodation the deposit will be retained for 3 months (once only),
    and a re-booking needs to be made. We will not make a separate notice.
※ We do not accept same-day check-out. For a change of room type or number of rooms or deferred accommodation,
    please notify us a week in advance.
1.     For same-day booking cancellation or no notice of cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be confiscated.
2.     For booking cancellation 1 day before the accommodation, 80% of the deposit will be confiscated.
3.     For booking cancellation 2 to 3 days before the accommodation, 70% of the deposit will be confiscated.
4.     For booking cancellation 4 to 6 days before the accommodation, 60% of the deposit will be confiscated.
5.     For booking cancellation 7 to 9 days before the accommodation, 50% of the deposit will be confiscated.
6.     For booking cancellation 10 to 13 days before the accommodation, 30% of the deposit will be confiscated.
7.     For booking cancellation 14 days before the accommodation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
        PS:The deposit referred to above is 50% of the room rate of the day.
        ※ If the customer is unable to arrive due to a natural disasters which causes traffic disruption,
            the full deposit can be refunded. During the retention period a 50% discount will be given on the room rate.
